Great place to stop for dinner for the family. There was something on the menu for everyone. The food was reasonably priced and good sized portions. Everything came out quick and hot. The soups and the meal were savory good. They accommodated our family by putting us in a quiet area as well. Highly recommend stopping!

If you're looking for a comfortable family run restaurant to take your family, this is a great spot. We were in town from out of state visiting family. Stopped in here for supper with my son, DIL, daughter, and grandchildren. There was something on the menu to make everyone happy. The mother/daughter team who saw to our table were helpful and fun. The salad bar has a good variety of fresh offerings. Our table ordered everything from steak to grilled cheese. Every single dish was delicious! Will definitely stop in again when we're in town.

One of the best places in Portage for fish fry. Good food with a large salad bar. Usually very busy and there's a wait. That tells you a lot about a restaurant. Drawbacks are kinda cramped. Bar is usually full during busier times so waiting area is limited.

This place popped up when looking for restaurants around Portage. Decided to check it out on a day trip to Portage. I got the 2 piece beer battered cod and my girlfriend got the baked cod. Both were absolutely delicious. Service was perfect and our orders came out promptly. Food was delicious and hot. Thanks for a great lunch visit.
